It is always helpful to have someone peer edit your stuff. I always skip the peer editing process, and well, most of the the editing process in general. Good luck on your essay, hopefully the persuasive one makes sense too. But hey, at least your done.
I am glad you were able to have someone check you proof read your paper. It is always nice to have another person's eyes read your work because often times they find mistakes that you wouldn't have found. It is good that they thought it made sense.
